Romy B. Jurado, Esq. is originally from Peru, Romy moved to the United States with the entrepreneurial dream of becoming an attorney and starting her own business. Today, she is living proof that dreams really do come true. As a founder of Jurado & Associates, P.A., a reputable business, real estate, and immigration law firm, Romy’s practice is centered primarily around domestic and international business transactions – with a strong emphasis on corporate formation, stock and asset sales, contract drafting, and business immigration. Romy frequently counsels the Peruvian Consulate General in Miami with a variety of U.S.-related legal matters.
Diana L. Collazos, ESQ.
Attorney
Diana L. Collazos, Esq. is an Attorney with Jurado & Associates, P.A. and she specializes in probate law and business immigration. Ms. Collazos attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida where she graduated summa cum laude earning a Double Major in History and International Affairs. Ms. Collazos then received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law in Miami. While in law school, Ms. Collazos volunteered at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Ms. Collazos is admitted to the Florida Bar and the Southern District of Florida. Ms. Collazos is bilingual in Spanish and enjoys spending time with her family.
Julisse Jimenez, Esq.
Of-Counsel Attorney
Julisse Jimenez moved from Venezuela at a young age and has made South Florida her home since then. She graduated from University of Miami with honors and then obtained her Masters in Business Administration from Barry University. While in school, she went to work for a well-known wireless telecommunication company and later ran a successful real estate business focusing on luxury condominium sales.
Ms. Jimenez graduated Cum Laude from St Thomas University where she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2008. During the time she has been practicing, Ms. Jimenez has handled numerous general litigation cases in the areas of business, commercial litigation, employment and securities law both in state and federal court, and has also worked in numerous business and real estate transactions.

Kathrine Gonzalez, Esq. is a law practice focuses on counseling investors, professionals, U.S. companies, foreign companies with U.S. immigration laws, assisting clients secure business and investor visas such as L1A, E1, E2, H1B, O1A and O1B. She has assisted numerous clients with securing U.S. permanent residence, including EB5 investors, multinational managers and executives, extraordinary abilities applicants, and individuals sponsored through the permanent labor certification (PERM) process.

Sahylis Leon is the Receptionist at Jurado & Associates, P.A. She was born in Cuba and graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. Sahylis is passionate about helping others and enjoys being able to assist in the process of finding solutions to their legal matters.
